Senior Digital Project Manager

£35k-£45k Depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:30pm.

We are currently a team of 30 thinkers, creators, coders and great coffee makers and we are looking for a likeminded individual to join our growing and exciting team!

As our new Senior Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal part in our internal digital project management processes, and you will be responsible for planning, managing and reporting on the digital projects flowing through the agency.

This role will sit between our core internal teams, Design, Development and Client Services, so ideally we are looking for someone who has an agency background with a very strong knowledge of website/systems development.

We are also looking for you to show a strong technical understanding of website technologies, specifically how projects should effectively be managed in line with best practices, as you will be working on a range of digital projects at any one time.

We are a digital agency and therefore delivering successful client projects within the agreed time, costs and quality are of utmost importance to the success of this role. If you have a history of delivering projects like ours, have great communication skills, and are used to tracking progress and reporting against several projects at any given time, then this is the role for you!



    • Manage complex projects, including working closely with stakeholders, customers and delivery team at various levels, making assignments and monitoring progress;

    • Evaluate progress, and identify significant opportunities and risks related to the project;

    • Ensure project management tools and documentation are kept up to date;

    • Manage, direct and oversee all aspects of the Digital project, including an understanding of contract, creation of Statements of Work (SOW), and plan how to achieve project scope;

    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;

    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans;

    • Make sure that the development team is up to date with any changes in terms of project direction

    • Ensure that the team is always working on highest priority tasks;

    • Maintain positive communication with the client through multiple communication channels.


Ideal experience and skills

      • Previous relevant work experience in a Digital Project Manager role within an Agency is required

      • Previous experience in a PM role with a focus on delivering implementations, integrations of various digital applications

      • Previous experience in managing remote / distributed teams

      • Website Development background or IT/Software development Degree level

      • Experience in using Monday.com, Trello and proficiency in all Google Suite products is a must

      • Excellent communications and leadership skills
