One of our earliest collaborations involved a dental buying group that later became DBG.
The organisation provided thousands of dentists with access to group purchasing for consumables, insurance products and professional services.
Following investment from Synova, the business underwent a major transformation. We supported the development of its brand and digital platform, including a technology system used by thousands of dentists.
Through investment in technology, service expansion and operational improvements, the business scaled rapidly.
Originally acquired for around £5 million, the company eventually exited for approximately £30 million, demonstrating the impact of combining strategic investment with brand and digital transformation.
